Grounded in a storytelling foundation shaped at Broadway Video and Anywhere Real Estate, I deliver high-impact visuals that capture attention, elevate brands, and drive sales.
This collection showcases the intersection of traditional real estate media and advanced generative AI. By leveraging a custom multi-model workflow, I transform static inputs into immersive video experiences.
The process begins with existing photos or video frames, which are virtually staged or digitally renovated using Gemini and Custom GPTs to reimagine the potential of the space. To bring these concepts to life, I utilize VEO 3 and Kling 3 to animate furniture placement and create dynamic camera movement. The sensory experience is completed with custom soundscapes and voiceovers generated via ElevenLabs audio cloning and music creation tools.
I specialize in transforming raw, unstructured footage into clear, compelling stories—working primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro. By reviewing footage alongside transcripts, I quickly identify authentic moments, emotional beats, and the narrative through-lines that shape the edit. From there, I build each project with intention—refining pacing, structure, and flow to create a natural, cohesive story arc from start to finish.
